About This Privacy Policy
www.FingertipFormulary.com is our Web site for physicians and allied health care professionals, although it is available to non-health care professionals as well.
Fingertip Formulary is the name we use to refer to our entire company, even though our formal corporate name is Fingertip Formulary, LLC. When we refer to ourselves as "we" or "Fingertip Formulary," we mean our company, Fingertip Formulary, LLC, including any subsidiary that we control. We may share information among our subsidiaries affiliates that we own or control or are under common ownership with us, but it is always protected under the terms of this privacy policy.
This privacy policy applies only to the Fingertip Formulary Web site. You should read the privacy policy at each Web site that you visit after you leave our site. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of other Web sites, including, without limitation, sites that link to or from our site, once you leave www.FingertipFormulary.com.
Privacy Policy Changes
If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Users should check this policy each time a user accesses this Web site to keep abreast of any changes. Your access or use of our Web site after the posting of such changes shall constitute acceptance of any such changes.

Uses We Make of Information
In this section of our privacy policy, we identify the ways we may use information about you that we have collected.
Aggregate Data
We create aggregate data about visitors to our Web site for activity development and improvement. We also use it for market analysis. We may provide information from our Web site in aggregate form, with no identifying information, to third parties. For example, we may tell a third party what percentage of our registered users reside in a particular geographical area. When aggregated information is provided, we pool it from many individual records and strip it of any data that could be used to identify an individual before it is used. Any third party that receives aggregated data must agree not to attempt to re-identify the people it belongs to. Fingertip Formulary will not sell any user data to any third party for commercial purposes without permission from the user.
Third Parties

Except as otherwise described below with respect to Onward Transfers and law enforcement and legal proceedings, Fingertip Formulary will not externally distribute to non-affiliated third parties any personally-identifiable user data to any non-affiliated third party unless you opt in on our Web site to receive distributions and information from non-affiliated third parties. An Onward Transfer is the providing of users' information to a third party working on behalf of Fingertip Formulary or in connection with the sale of assets, a line of business or a merger. Any such Onward Transfer shall be limited to third parties that have entered into a written agreement with us requiring that such third party provides at least the same level of privacy protection as is provided in our privacy policy in effect as of the time of such Onward Transfer.
If we transfer a business unit (such as a subsidiary) or an asset (such as a Web site) to another company, we will require them to honor the applicable terms of this privacy policy.
